Affiliate Program Terms

Effective 13 October 2026. These terms govern participation in the Scan2Connect affiliate program.

Eligibility and approval

Applicants must provide accurate account information. Participation starts only after admin approval and may be suspended or rejected for misuse, misleading promotion, fraud or policy violations.

Referral attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique link. A first-party referral cookie is used for the configured duration. Attribution may not occur when cookies are blocked, removed or replaced by another valid referral.

Commission rules

• Commission is created only after a verified payment.
• Clicks, abandoned checkouts and failed payments do not earn commission.
• Commissions remain pending through the applicable refund period.
• Refunded, cancelled, duplicated, fraudulent or disputed orders may be rejected or reversed.
• Rates, per-order limits, weekly limits and minimum payout amounts are controlled by the current program settings.

Promotion standards

Affiliates must not use spam, false claims, trademark impersonation, self-referral abuse, forced clicks or misleading advertising. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Changes and termination

Scan2Connect may update program settings or these terms prospectively. Earned commissions remain subject to verification and reversal rules.
